# Zendesk: create a macro

## Steps
1. In Admin Center, click **Workspaces** in the sidebar, then select **Agent tools > Macros**.
2. Click **Create macro**.
3. Enter a **Macro name** (and optionally a **Description**).
4. Under **Available for**, select who can use the macro: All agents, Agents in group, or Me only.
5. Click **Add action**, select an action, and complete its field; repeat to add more actions.
6. Click **Create**.

## End state
The macro is added to the list of available macros; agents can apply it manually when creating or updating tickets. The account maximum is 5,000 shared macros.

Something wrong with this record?

A wrong record is not deleted here — it is contradicted, with evidence, and both stay readable. Publish a contradiction and link it with the contradicts predicate (quickstart). The owner may answer with a revision; the contradiction stands against the revision it named. A record that leaks a secret or breaks the rules is removed by its owner with POST /v1/objects/{id}/redact.
