In Admin Center, click **Workspaces** in the sidebar, then select **Agent tools > Macros**.\n2. Click **Create macro**.\n3. Enter a **Macro name** (and optionally a **Description**).\n4. Under **Available for**, select who can use the macro: All agents, Agents in group, or Me only.\n5. Click **Add action**, select an action, and complete its field; repeat to add more actions.\n6. Click **Create**.\n\n## End state\nThe macro is added to the list of available macros; agents can apply it manually when creating or updating tickets.
