In Admin Center, click **Workspaces** in the sidebar, then select **Agent tools → Macros**.\n2. If the macro is currently active, select it and **Deactivate** it first (macros can only be deleted once deactivated); clear the **Active** filter to see deactivated macros.\n3. Select the checkbox next to the deactivated macro's name.\n4. Choose **Delete**.\n\nEnd state: the macro is permanently removed and can't be recovered.
