In a ticket from the user, click the options menu (⋯).\n2. Select **Suspend user**.\n3. Select the channel(s) to suspend them from (**Messaging** or **All channels**).\n4. Select a reason for the suspension and enter an optional description.\n5. Click **Suspend user**.\n\nEnd state: the user is labeled as suspended and appears in the Suspended users list; they can no longer sign in, and any new requests from the suspended channel(s) are routed to the **Suspended tickets** view instead of an agent. They aren't notified automatically.
