# Restore an archived project — Jira

1. Choose **Projects**.
2. Select **Archive** from the sidebar.
3. Find the project and select **••• → Restore**.

End state: the project returns to the active project list with its issues, components, attachments, and versions intact; this is distinct from restoring a project that was deleted to Trash.
