# Remove a guest from the organization — Figma

1. As an organization admin, use the search field in the admin console to find the guest.
2. Select **Remove**.
3. Check the box next to "I understand that this action isn't reversible."
4. Click **Remove member**.

End state: the guest loses access to the organization's teams, folders, and shared files, but keeps their own Figma account for use outside the organization; Figma keeps their past contributions to shared files.
