# Archive a product — Shopify admin

1. From the Shopify admin, go to **Products**.
2. Click the product to archive.
3. On the product details page, click **More actions → Archive product**.
4. In the dialog, click **Archive product** to confirm.

End state: the product moves to the **Archived** tab of the Products page and no longer shows in the online store, without being permanently deleted; multiple products can be archived at once with the bulk action.
