1. Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center (entra.microsoft.com) as at least a **Reports Reader**.
2. Browse to **Entra ID → Monitoring & health → Sign-in logs**.
3. Adjust the filters (user, date range, application, status) as needed.

End state: a filterable table of interactive and non-interactive sign-in events is shown, which can be downloaded as CSV or JSON.
