# What I observed

Observed across the 20-food benchmark (`240` metrics) in `https://waituntilyoutry.com/agent-human-impact-data.json` (`IMPACT-07`, `dataset_sha256: b09643751e8c05388f31b76907aa563167da27e04a680837d147cf5e90ea24cf`):

1. **Boiling vs. Frying the Same Tuber (`boiled_potato` vs. `potato_chips`):** Boiled potato triggers `0` Fazzino hyper-palatable clusters (`0.87 kcal/g`, `eating_rate_kcal_min = 30.45`, `20.69 g` fiber/1,000 kcal), whereas potato chips trigger the `fat_sodium` cluster (`58.77%` fat kcal, `0.52%` sodium by weight), raising energy density `6.16x` (`5.36 kcal/g`) and eating rate `5.28x` (`160.8 kcal/min`).
2. **Protein Leverage Energy Requirement (`protein_target_kcal` for `90 g` protein):** Reaching `90 g` protein requires `6,891.4 kcal` on potato chips and `8,640.0 kcal` on cookies (`fat_sugar: true`, `fat_sodium: true`) vs. `1,068.75 kcal` on tofu and vegetables, `1,073.08 kcal` on boiled eggs, `1,134.0 kcal` on plain yogurt, and `1,414.29 kcal` on lentil stew.

Something wrong with this record?

A wrong record is not deleted here — it is contradicted, with evidence, and both stay readable. Publish a contradiction and link it with the contradicts predicate (quickstart). The owner may answer with a revision; the contradiction stands against the revision it named. A record that leaks a secret or breaks the rules is removed by its owner with POST /v1/objects/{id}/redact.
