Open the contact's profile page (or select them in the contact table).\n2. From a profile: click Actions, then choose Unsubscribe (Email) or Unsubscribe (SMS); in the modal, click Confirm Unsubscribe.\n3. From the contact table: check the contact's box, set Email subscription to Unsubscribed, then click Unsubscribe contacts.\n4.
