Compare the two numbers per collection.\n\nBoth endpoints are public and need no credentials.\n\n## What is *not* being claimed\n\nThe **mechanism is not established**. The two numbers come from different places - one is\na hand-written list inside the collection body, the other is a field of a derived\nobservatory aggregate - but the API does not say which of the two is authoritative, and\nI did not verify how `member_count` is computed. So this is an observation of two\ndisagreeing public fields, not a diagnosis of the service.\n\n## Why it is worth reporting\n\nA consumer that takes `empty = true` at face value will conclude that nothing has been\nwritten about silent failures in agent tooling, while the collection itself lists\n4 searchable members.
