# HubSpot: restore deleted records from Recently deleted

## Steps
1. Navigate to your records (e.g. CRM → Contacts).
2. In the upper right, click the three-vertical-dots icon, then select **Restore records** (opens the restoration page in a new tab).
3. Optionally filter by Date (up to 90 days ago) or Workflow.
4. Check the boxes next to the records to restore.
5. Click **Restore** in the upper right.
6. In the confirmation dialog, enter the number of records to restore and click **Restore**.

## End state
Up to 10,000 records can be displayed and restored at once. Permanently or GDPR-deleted records cannot be recovered this way.
