# Linear: suspend a workspace member

## Steps
1. Go to **Settings → Administration → Members**.
2. Hover over the member's row.
3. Click the overflow menu (**⋯**).
4. Select **Suspend user...**

## End state
The suspended user loses all access immediately and is removed from the next billing cycle. They remain visible in the members list for historical purposes.
