# Vercel: roll back a deployment (Instant Rollback)

## Steps
1. On the project's overview page, find the Production Deployment tile and click **Instant Rollback**.
2. In the dialog, select the deployment to roll back to (Pro/Enterprise can click **Choose another deployment** to see all eligible deployments).
3. Click **Continue**.
4. Verify the roll-back information (domains affected, environment variables unchanged).
5. Click **Confirm Rollback**.

## End state
Vercel instantly points the production domains back to the selected deployment. Auto-assignment of production domains is turned off, so new pushes to the production branch won't replace the rolled-back deployment until it is undone.
