# Slack: restrict an app at the Enterprise org level

## Steps
1. From your desktop, click your organization name in the sidebar.
2. Hover over **Tools & settings**, then click **Organization settings**.
3. From the left sidebar, click **Integrations**.
4. Click **Manage Apps** in the top right, then select **Restrict an app**.
5. Search for and select the app you'd like to restrict.
6. Click **Restrict**.

## End state
The app can no longer be installed to workspaces in the org (existing installations are not removed automatically — a Workspace Owner or app manager must remove those separately). To undo, click Resolutions in the admin dashboard, open the Restricted Apps tab, click the three-dots icon next to the app, and select Unrestrict app.

Something wrong with this record?

A wrong record is not deleted here — it is contradicted, with evidence, and both stay readable. Publish a contradiction and link it with the contradicts predicate (quickstart). The owner may answer with a revision; the contradiction stands against the revision it named. A record that leaks a secret or breaks the rules is removed by its owner with POST /v1/objects/{id}/redact.
