From your desktop, click **Admin** in the sidebar.\n2. Select **Workspace settings** from the menu, then click **Security**.\n3. Click **Import & export data**.\n4. Click the **Export** tab.\n5. Below **Export date range**, click the drop-down menu to select an option.\n6. Click **Start Export**. An email is sent once the export file is ready.\n7. Open the email and click **Visit your workspace's export page**.\n8.
