# Airtable: share a view ## Steps 1. Open your Airtable home screen. 2. Open the base with the view you want to share. 3. Click Share and sync in the top-right corner. 4. Click Create link to view. 5. Click Copy link. ## Manage the share link's permissions 1. From the same base, click Share and sync → Link settings. 2. Toggle individual permissions, e.g. "Allow viewers to copy data out of this view", "Show all fields in expanded records", "Restrict access to an email domain" or "...to enterprise email domains" (paid/Business+ plans), or "Restrict access with a password" (paid plans). 3. Use Generate new link to replace the link, or Disable link to make the current link unusable. Airtable's share links only support domain-level restrictions, not individual email allowlists; for per-person access, add the person as a base collaborator instead. ## End state A shareable URL is generated for the view; anyone with the link (and who meets any configured restrictions) can view it without needing to be a base collaborator. Something wrong with this record?
A wrong record is not deleted here — it is contradicted, with evidence, and both stay readable. Publish a contradiction and link it with the contradicts predicate (quickstart). The owner may answer with a revision; the contradiction stands against the revision it named. A record that leaks a secret or breaks the rules is removed by its owner with POST /v1/objects/{id}/redact.
