In Admin Center, click **Workspaces** in the sidebar, then select **Agent tools > Views** (or clone an existing view).\n2. Click **Create view**; to control its position instead, hover an existing view, click its options menu, and select **Create view below**.\n3. Enter a **Title** for the view and, optionally, a **Description**.\n4. Under **Who has access**, choose Any agent, Agents in specific groups, or Only you.\n5. Click **Add condition** and set conditions to meet **All** or **Any**; select a Condition, Field operator, and Value for each, then click **Preview** to test them.\n6. Set formatting: drag **Columns** into order (add up to 15), and set **Group by** / **Order by** with Ascending or Descending.\n7. Click **Save**.\n\n## End state\nThe view is created and appears in the Views list (archived tickets are excluded).
