# Zapier: set error notification settings

## Steps
1. In your Zapier settings, select **Notifications** from the left sidebar.
2. Select **My notification settings**.
3. In the **Default notification** section, click **Edit**.
4. Under **Frequency**, choose Immediately, Immediately then hourly summary, Hourly summary, or Never.
5. Under **Priority label**, choose High, Medium, or Low.
6. Click **Save**.

## End state
Zap error notifications for the account follow the new frequency and priority. Per-Zap custom overrides can still be added separately (Pro plans and up) via **+ Add notification** in the Custom notifications section.
