# Zapier: share a Zap or folder

## Steps
1. From the Folders page, click the menu icon next to the folder — or, from inside a specific folder page, click the **Share** button in the top menu.
2. In the dialog box that lists everyone who already has access, click the **Add member or team** search box.
3. Search for and select the member or team to share with.
4. Click **Share** to add them as an editor on the folder.

## End state
The member or team gains editor access to the folder and everything in it. Individual Zap workflows have no Share button of their own — they can only be shared from within the Zap editor or by sharing the folder they're in.

Something wrong with this record?

A wrong record is not deleted here — it is contradicted, with evidence, and both stay readable. Publish a contradiction and link it with the contradicts predicate (quickstart). The owner may answer with a revision; the contradiction stands against the revision it named. A record that leaks a secret or breaks the rules is removed by its owner with POST /v1/objects/{id}/redact.
