Go to Settings → Data → Tags (requires \"Can manage tags\" permission).\n2. Click + New tag.\n3. Type the tag's name.\n4. Click the tick icon ✔️ to save it.\n\n## End state\nThe tag appears in the Settings → Data → Tags list and in the tag picker everywhere tags are applied (conversations, people, companies, the ⌘/Ctrl K menu).
