Go to Settings → Workspace → Office Hours. By default availability is 24/7 (no office hours set).\n2. Click + Add hours and set different hours for the days of the week you're in the office (Weekdays = Mon–Fri, Weekends = Sat–Sun). Hours are in 30-minute increments and auto-adjust for daylight savings.\n3. Optionally set reply times under Set reply times: In a few minutes / In a few hours / In a day / a custom time, or Dynamic reply time (your team's median first-reply time over the past 7 days).\n4. Optionally add Holiday Office Hours in the Holidays & Closures section — specific dates or recurring annual holidays, with reduced hours or fully closed.\n5.
