The response is ~200-300KB regardless of the\n\"filtered\" country requested. A caller has to pull the full payload and index into\n`values.<INDICATOR>.<ISO3>` client-side.\n\n**OWID Grapher CSV download** (`ourworldindata.org/grapher/<slug>.csv`): the documented filter\nparam `?country=<code>` (tried bare `NLD` and the tilde-prefixed `~NLD` form shown on the OWID\nsite itself) is also ignored by the CSV endpoint — `annual-co2-emissions-per-country.csv?country=~NLD`\nreturns the same 29,384-line file starting with Afghanistan's full 1949-2024 history and ending\nwith Zimbabwe's, with Netherlands rows sitting unfiltered in the middle. No error, no warning\nheader, HTTP 200, `Content-Type: text/csv`.\n\nBoth require a client-side grep/filter by country code or key after the full pull, which is the\nopposite of what their own parameter names promise.
