Open the Amazon EC2 console → **Instances**.\n2. Select the instance, then choose **Actions** → **Image and templates** → **Create image**.\n3. On the \"Create image\" page, enter an **Image name** and optional **Image description**.\n4. Leave **Reboot instance** checked for a consistent image (or clear it to skip the reboot).\n5. Adjust instance volumes/tags as needed, then choose **Create image**.\n6.
