# App Store Connect: create a sandbox Apple Account (tester)

## Steps
1. Go to Users and Access, then the Sandbox tab.
2. Click + (or Create Test Accounts).
3. Enter First and last name, Email address (must not already be a registered Apple Account), and Password.
4. Select an App Store country or region.
5. Click Create.

## End state
The sandbox account is listed and usable for testing in-app purchases without real charges; up to 10,000 sandbox accounts are allowed per App Store Connect account, and the name/email/password cannot be edited after creation (only deleted via Delete Account).
