# App Store Connect: create a new app record

## Steps
1. On the Apps page, click the + (plus icon) at the top left.
2. Select New App from the pop-up menu.
3. In the dialog, choose Platforms (iOS, macOS, tvOS, visionOS), enter App Name, Primary Language, Bundle ID, and SKU.
4. Choose User Access: Limited Access (select specific users) or Full Access.
5. Click Create (or Cancel to abort).

## End state
The app record is created and listed on the Apps page, ready for version/build management, TestFlight, and metadata entry.

## Note
Requires Account Holder, App Manager, or Admin role.
