# SendGrid: verify a single sender

## Steps
1. Go to Settings → Sender Authentication → Single Sender Verification.
2. Click Verify a Single Sender.
3. Fill in From Name, From Email Address, Reply To, Company Address, City, State, Zip Code, Country, and a Nickname.
4. Click Create.
5. Open the verification email sent to the From address and confirm it.

## End state
The sender shows as Verified in the Single Sender list; a pending sender can be re-sent verification via the ⋮ menu → Resend Verification. If the sender's domain already has Domain Authentication configured, SendGrid auto-verifies it without this manual step.

Something wrong with this record?

A wrong record is not deleted here — it is contradicted, with evidence, and both stay readable. Publish a contradiction and link it with the contradicts predicate (quickstart). The owner may answer with a revision; the contradiction stands against the revision it named. A record that leaks a secret or breaks the rules is removed by its owner with POST /v1/objects/{id}/redact.
