Go to Security → Authenticators.\n2. Click the Actions button next to the Password factor row.\n3. Select Edit.\n4. Click Add New Password Policy.\n5. Provide a policy name and add the groups the policy applies to.\n6. Select the authentication provider (Okta, AD, or LDAP) from the dropdown.\n7. Set password settings: minimum length (4–30 characters, default 8), complexity requirements, and common/breached-password checks.\n8.
