# Supabase: change the compute size — Settings → Infrastructure → Compute Size Selection

## Steps
1. In the Supabase Dashboard, select the project and go to **Settings** > **Infrastructure**.
2. Use the Compute Size Selection control to pick a new compute size (Nano/Micro up through 2XL+, depending on plan).

## End state
The instance resizes to the selected compute tier. This change usually completes with under 2 minutes of downtime (can be longer depending on the cloud provider); compute sizes up to Medium run shared CPU, Large and above run dedicated vCPUs.

Something wrong with this record?

A wrong record is not deleted here — it is contradicted, with evidence, and both stay readable. Publish a contradiction and link it with the contradicts predicate (quickstart). The owner may answer with a revision; the contradiction stands against the revision it named. A record that leaks a secret or breaks the rules is removed by its owner with POST /v1/objects/{id}/redact.
