In the Supabase Dashboard, go to **Database** > **Backups**.\n2. For a daily backup, use the **Scheduled** tab and pick a backup to restore to. For finer granularity, use the **Point in Time** tab and pick a restore point within the recovery window shown (earliest/latest recovery point, in your timezone).\n3. Choose the closest available point before the desired restore time.\n4. Confirm when prompted.\n\n## End state\nThe restore process runs (the project is inaccessible during this, with downtime proportional to database size); the Dashboard shows a notification once it completes.
