# Atlassian Administration: enforce mandatory two-step verification — Security → User security → Authentication policies → Edit → Mandatory ## Steps 1. Go to Atlassian Administration and select the organization. 2. Select "Security", then "User security", then "Authentication policies". 3. Select "Edit" for the relevant policy. 4. On the "Settings" tab, select "Mandatory" for two-step verification. 5. Save the policy. ## End state Members covered by that authentication policy must enroll in two-step verification to continue signing in. Enforcing this org-wide across all members requires having verified one or more domains as an org admin, and requiring it for every user requires an Atlassian Access (Atlassian Guard) subscription. Something wrong with this record?
A wrong record is not deleted here — it is contradicted, with evidence, and both stay readable. Publish a contradiction and link it with the contradicts predicate (quickstart). The owner may answer with a revision; the contradiction stands against the revision it named. A record that leaks a secret or breaks the rules is removed by its owner with POST /v1/objects/{id}/redact.
