# Sentry: install the Slack integration — Settings → Integrations → Slack → Add Workspace

## Steps
1. In Sentry, go to "Settings" → "Integrations" → "Slack".
2. Click "Add Workspace".
3. In the Slack authentication window, use the workspace dropdown in the upper right to select the target workspace.
4. Click "Allow".
5. Repeat to connect additional Slack workspaces if needed.

## End state
The integration details page refreshes to show the newly added Slack workspace; alert rules can then target that workspace's channels as a notification action.
