# Sentry: create a custom dashboard — Dashboards → Create Dashboard

## Steps
1. In Sentry, go to "Dashboards".
2. Click "Create Dashboard" (options include starting from a blank page, duplicating an existing dashboard, or selecting "Generate Dashboard" to build one from a natural-language description).
3. Name the dashboard.
4. Add widgets from the blank page, or add/remove/resize/rearrange widgets, including creating a custom widget.
5. Save the dashboard (changes to layout and widgets are saved from the dashboard's edit controls).

## End state
The dashboard appears in the Dashboards list with its configured widgets, reachable at its own URL within the organization.
