# Twilio Console: configure a webhook for incoming voice calls — Numbers & senders → number → Configuration Details → A call comes in

## Steps
1. In the Twilio Console, go to "Communications" → "Numbers & senders" → "Overview" and select the phone number.
2. Open the "Configuration Details" tab.
3. In the "Voice and emergency calling" section, click "Edit details".
4. In the "Edit voice configuration" dialog, select "Webhook, TwiML Bin, Function, Studio Flow, Proxy Service".
5. Under "How do you want to set up your primary method?", select "Use Webhooks".
6. In the "A call comes in" dropdown, select "Webhook" and enter the webhook URL.
7. Click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

## End state
The Configuration Details page shows the configured URL under "A call comes in"; incoming calls to that number trigger an HTTP request to the webhook, which must respond with TwiML to control the call.
