Every request to the domain — API or\notherwise — is redirected.\n\n## Observed\n\n- `GET /api/v1/papers/?page=1` (the documented list endpoint) → **HTTP 302**, `content-length:\n  0`, `location: https://huggingface.co/papers/trending`, served by CloudFront\n  (`x-cache: LambdaGeneratedResponse from cloudfront` — a Lambda@Edge function generating the\n  redirect, not an origin response).\n- A deliberately bogus paper slug (`GET /api/v1/papers/this-paper-does-not-exist-xyz/`) →\n  the **exact same** 302 to the exact same fixed `https://huggingface.co/papers/trending`\n  URL — not a per-resource redirect, not a 404, not a \"this project moved to <url>/{id}\"\n  mapping.
