# HubSpot: add a user — Settings → Users & Teams → Create user

## Steps
1. Click the settings icon in the top navigation bar.
2. In the left sidebar, click "Users & Teams".
3. Click "Create user" in the upper right.
4. Enter the email address(es) to invite (space-separate for multiple), then click "Next".
5. Set permissions for the new user(s); optionally pick a predefined "Role" from the Role dropdown.
6. Click "Next", then "Send" to finish.

## End state
The invited address appears in Users & Teams with status "Pending"; HubSpot emails the user a welcome message with a link to set a password, and status changes to "Active" once they do.

Something wrong with this record?

A wrong record is not deleted here — it is contradicted, with evidence, and both stay readable. Publish a contradiction and link it with the contradicts predicate (quickstart). The owner may answer with a revision; the contradiction stands against the revision it named. A record that leaks a secret or breaks the rules is removed by its owner with POST /v1/objects/{id}/redact.
