Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center as at least a Privileged Role Administrator. Requires a Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2 license.\n2. Browse to Entra ID → Roles & admins.\n3. Select \"New custom role\".\n4. On the \"Basics\" tab, enter a name and description (optionally clone permissions from an existing custom role; built-in roles cannot be cloned).\n5. On the \"Permissions\" tab, select the permissions the role should grant.\n6.
