# Microsoft Entra admin center: grant tenant-wide admin consent for API permissions — App registrations → app → API permissions → Grant admin consent

## Steps
1. Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center as at least a Privileged Role Administrator or Cloud Application Administrator.
2. Browse to Entra ID → App registrations → All applications.
3. Search for and select the application.
4. Select "API permissions" under "Manage".
5. Review the listed permissions requested by the app.
6. Select "Grant admin consent for <tenant name>".
7. Select "Yes" to confirm.

## End state
Each permission's "Status" column shows a green check with "Granted for <tenant name>"; users are no longer individually prompted to consent to those permissions.
