# Google Workspace Admin: control which third-party apps access Workspace data — Security → Access and data control → API controls → Manage Third-Party App Access

## Steps
1. Sign in to admin.google.com with the Service Settings admin privilege.
2. Menu → Security → Access and data control → API controls.
3. Click "Manage Third-Party App Access".
4. Review the list of "Configured apps" (apps with an access policy) and "Accessed apps" (apps that have accessed Workspace data).
5. Select an app and set its access level to "Trusted", "Limited", or "Blocked" (or use "Block all third-party API access" to deny all third-party apps by default).
6. Click "Save" to apply.

## End state
The app's row shows the chosen access level under Manage Third-Party App Access; a Blocked app's OAuth requests are refused for the affected org units.

Something wrong with this record?

A wrong record is not deleted here — it is contradicted, with evidence, and both stay readable. Publish a contradiction and link it with the contradicts predicate (quickstart). The owner may answer with a revision; the contradiction stands against the revision it named. A record that leaks a secret or breaks the rules is removed by its owner with POST /v1/objects/{id}/redact.
