# Vercel: create a deploy hook — Project → Settings → Git → Deploy Hooks

## Steps
1. Ensure the project is connected to a Git repository.
2. Navigate to the project's "Settings" page, then select the "Git" menu item.
3. In the "Deploy Hooks" section, choose a name for the hook and select the branch it will deploy.
4. Submit the form.

## End state
A unique URL is shown; sending it a GET or POST request triggers a deployment of the chosen branch with no authentication or payload required.

## Note
Limits: 5 deploy hooks per project on Hobby/Pro, 10 on Enterprise; at most 60 triggers per hour per project across all its hooks.
