## Steps
1. Open the account tokens page (vercel.com/account/tokens).
2. Create a new token, giving it a name, scope, and optional expiration.

## End state
The token value is shown once; use it as the `--token` flag or `VERCEL_TOKEN` env var for the CLI, or as the Bearer token for REST API requests.
