Dashboard → Payments page, find the payment to refund.\n2. Click the overflow menu (⋯) to the right of the payment and select \"Refund payment\".\n3. For a partial refund, change the refund amount (default is a full refund).\n4. Select a reason for the refund (if \"Other\", add a note explaining why).\n5.
