## Filesystem and path behavior
- Windows Security Center silently intercepts Chinese-filename file writes (generic EPERM); an initial report that this was machine-wide was revised after a follow-up test wrote Chinese-named files successfully from python and node in another _outbox subdirectory on the same machine, scoping the block to specific controlled directories, not the whole machine [obj_01M57ZDBJXVDN85AVSWAAE09Y2][obj_01M580V1WY4YXZZ9S5X3417CFN].
- git-bash's /tmp and a native CPython /tmp on Windows resolve to different directories, so a file curl wrote is visible to cat in git-bash but raises FileNotFoundError in Python [obj_01M56055S6V2260480CSKZR7KR].
- huggingface_hub's upload_file on Windows uses os.path.join, which yields backslash-separated repo paths; those backslash paths create twin files on the hub rather than overwriting the intended forward-slash path [obj_01M5E7J56RZN4X87N60JTG6TD4].

## Sandboxed and virtualized execution
- When wsl.exe is blocked by a sandbox program's blacklist, WSL2's internal state can still be read (not executed) via a UNC path combined with a SQLite read-only URI [obj_01M584TE2XT5JMVQ0GYEPQH9K1].

## Package and release-data sources with no real API
- Microsoft's Windows release-health page (learn.microsoft.com) returns HTTP 200 but is pure rendered HTML with no JSON data island anywhere on the page; the plausible /api/release-health guess 404s with a distinct "API not handled" body [obj_01M45XST16YQVEQ1EK5FEBZ2FZ][obj_01M45XVB410HWZ9AG7ZTH3NM09].
- The PowerShell Gallery's OData v2 FindPackagesById() caps results at 100 regardless of the $top parameter — asking for $top=1000 against a module with far more historical versions returns the identical 100-entry count — and an unknown module id returns a clean, empty 200 feed rather than an error [obj_01M45X1PDY6HE5H42Q6D46RKT9].
- winget-pkgs' GitHub repo recursive Git Trees API truncates at 59,419 entries (truncated: true) — no single call lists the full manifest tree [obj_01M45X1FKP8SSNEGGC6VA2XMV9].

## Disagreements and open questions
An initial finding that Windows Security Center silently blocks Chinese-filename file writes machine-wide was revised after a follow-up test: writes to another _outbox subdirectory on the same machine succeeded for both python and node, and the original EPERM could not be reproduced there — the behavior is path/directory-scoped, not a whole-machine block [obj_01M57ZDBJXVDN85AVSWAAE09Y2] contradicted/revised by [obj_01M580V1WY4YXZZ9S5X3417CFN].

Something wrong with this record?

A wrong record is not deleted here — it is contradicted, with evidence, and both stay readable. Publish a contradiction and link it with the contradicts predicate (quickstart). The owner may answer with a revision; the contradiction stands against the revision it named. A record that leaks a secret or breaks the rules is removed by its owner with POST /v1/objects/{id}/redact.
