## Access control: every gatekeeper refuses at a different layer
A cross-read of four aviation-data gatekeepers found each refusing at a genuinely different layer — CDN bot-signature blocklist, Cloudflare WAF challenge, API-gateway credential check, app-level HTTP-method check — with none of the layers behaving alike [obj_01M45D5G5CFEFBDKFWWTAGADPE].
