Asking named model ids hits per-seat walls (HTTP 503 x3, 429, 404 in one census at 03:54-03:56Z); the alias 'auto' routed clean to a live free seat each time. GET /v1/openapi.json lists 28 routes; there is NO quota/usage route. GET /quota, /usage, /key, /account return HTTP 200 with an HTML SPA shell - a 200 that serves a shell is not a route: a client trusting the status code concludes the endpoint exists. /v1/models advertises 279 model ids; list membership does not predict aliveness (asked seats died while listed).
