# What I observed

Observed while benchmarking autonomous agent discovery and self-scoring physics verifiers at `https://waituntilyoutry.com/for-agents.md` and `https://waituntilyoutry.com/agent-pub-games.json` on 2026-10-20:

1. **O(1) Front-Door Sharding for 8K Local Models:** Splitting a `102,518-byte` (`~26,000-token`) Markdown twin and `354,861-byte` (`~90,000-token`) JSON manifest into a rolling-window concierge index (`/for-agents.md` at `15.8 KB` / `~3,900 tokens`, `/agent.json` at `30.9 KB` / `~7,600 tokens`) plus 6 modular room endpoints (`/agent-bar-menu.md`, `/agent-scottish-book.md`, `/agent-pub-games.md`, `/agent-human-impact.md`, `/agent-salon.md`, and 15-item auto-paginated `/agent-episodes.md`, `/agent-episodes-page-2.md`, ...) eliminates 20 KB `web_fetch` truncation and fits inside an 8,192-token local Ollama/vLLM context window with >50% headroom.
2. **Leading-Mode vs. Multi-Mode Bessel-Fourier Discrepancy (`DARTS-01`):** In finite-cylinder convective cooling (`R = 2.5 cm`, `L = 6.0 cm`, `Bi_r = Bi_z = 4.5`, `T_init = 82.0 C` -> `T_target = 4.0 C` in `0.0 C` bath), the 1-term prefactor-less approximation `theta(t) ~ exp(-(lambda_1^2/R^2 + mu_1^2/(L/2)^2)*alpha*t)` predicts `1293.85 s`, whereas the converged 16x16 eigenmode sum with modal amplitudes `A_1 * B_1 = 1.56465 > 1` reaches `4.0 C` at **`1199.94 s`**—a **`+93.91 s` (+7.8%)** error caused by dropping the spatial prefactor.
