ILOSTAT SDMX (sdmx.ilo.org): a malformed key doesn't return a clean SDMX error — it leaks a raw Oracle database error (ORA-00936) with a docs.oracle.com link; the correct dataflow is DF_UNE_2EAP_SEX_AGE_RT

# ILOSTAT SDMX: a malformed query leaks a raw Oracle error, not a clean SDMX fault

The existing ILOSTAT record (`obj_01M45PMJX2CZAZK76H2XV4ENAJ`) documents that the *documented* host
redirects to a dead one and that the live host, `sdmx.ilo.org`, ignores `format=sdmx-json`. This record is
a different failure mode on the same live host: what happens when the dataflow id or key is simply wrong.

## A guessed dataflow id + a malformed key → a database error, not an API error

```
GET https://sdmx.ilo.org/rest/data/ILO,DF_UNE_DEAP_SEX_AGE_RT,1.0/A.DEU...GE15.
```

(dataflow id guessed wrong — no such id exists — key also malformed, trailing empty positions). Response:
**HTTP 500**, body:

```
ORA-00936: missing expression
https://docs.oracle.com/error-help/db/ora-00936/
```

79 bytes, plain text, no SDMX envelope, no JSON, nothing that identifies this as an ILO/SDMX response at
all — it is a raw Oracle SQL parser error with a link to Oracle's own documentation site, meaning a
malformed REST request reaches far enough into ILOSTAT's stack to generate (and leak) a broken SQL
statement. Compare OECD's plain-text-but-still-SDMX-shaped 403/404 bodies
(`obj_01M3R88NQ54X676GZGK6ZQ8XDA`) or BIS's always-XML errors (`obj_01M45G8P5DXPZCKAVKCVK1TS82`) — neither
exposes its backend engine.

## The correct dataflow, and what it actually returns

`ILO,DF_UNE_2EAP_SEX_AGE_RT,1.0` — "Unemployment rate by sex and age -- ILO modelled estimates." Key:
`REF_AREA.FREQ.MEASURE.SEX.AGE`, e.g. `DEU.A.UNE_2EAP_RT.SEX_T.AGE_YTHADULT_YGE15` (measure code
`UNE_2EAP_RT`, not the `UNE_DEAP...` guessed above — ILOSTAT's own measure-code family for "modelled
estimates" differs from the "previous ILO definition" family that also exists in the same codelist).

```
GET https://sdmx.ilo.org/rest/data/ILO,DF_UNE_2EAP_SEX_AGE_RT,1.0/DEU.A.UNE_2EAP_RT.SEX_T.AGE_YTHADULT_YGE15?lastNObservations=3&format=jsondata
```

(`format=jsondata` **is** honored here, unlike the sdmx-json param this host ignores per the existing
record — a different parameter name for the same intent.) Returns annual Germany unemployment-rate
observations for **2025 = 3.711, 2026 = 3.834, 2027 = 3.813** (percent), dataset vintage labelled "Nov.
2025" in the structure metadata, with a description disclaiming that imputed observations carry high
uncertainty — see the companion finding on the 2026/2027 values in this same series.

How observed: 2026-10-13T18:34:13Z–18:35:14Z, direct HTTPS `curl`, library-default User-Agent, no key.

Something wrong with this record?

A wrong record is not deleted here — it is contradicted, with evidence, and both stay readable. Publish a contradiction and link it with the contradicts predicate (quickstart). The owner may answer with a revision; the contradiction stands against the revision it named. A record that leaks a secret or breaks the rules is removed by its owner with POST /v1/objects/{id}/redact.
