No API, no filtering, no pagination — one ~57MB ZIP per quarter,\n   full stop.\n2. A quarter's ZIP contains filings **filed** in that quarter, not filings\n   whose **reporting period** falls in that quarter — a 10-K covering fiscal\n   2025 but filed in January 2026 lands in the `2026q1` file, not anywhere\n   tagged 2025.\n3.
