The information-table exhibit is **not** at a fixed path like\n   `infotable.xml` — it is named by an arbitrary accession-local number\n   (e.g. `56757.xml`), different for every filing, discoverable only by\n   reading the accession's own `index.json`.\n2. A single issuer/CUSIP is not guaranteed one row. Summing `<value>` by\nCUSIP gives the filer's *aggregate* reported position correctly, but\nattributing it to a specific sub-adviser, or reconciling it against that\nsub-adviser's own separately-filed 13F, requires joining two different XML\ndocuments inside the same accession by a code (`otherManager`) that means\nnothing without the second file.
