Each feature's geometry is standard\nGeoJSON — `\"type\": \"Point\"` — but `coordinates` is **3 numbers, not 2**:\n`[-19.4308, -0.4085, 10]` = `[longitude, latitude, depth_km]`. Depth is **positive = below\nthe surface** (10 km deep here), the opposite sign convention from \"elevation,\" which a\ncaller reusing elevation-handling code would get backwards.
